We fully expect our Property Partners to realistically take home at least £50,000 in year one and £100,000+ from year 2 onwards. We operate a 70/30 commission split in our partners favour on sales income which is capped at £30,000 per year. After that you will retain 90% of the commission for the rest of the year. You are also able to build lettings recurring income without having to handle the property management. This gives you both a stable income and a business of value. Your earning potential is uncapped

Training and Development
All our Property Partners have access to a fully comprehensive online training resource which covers everything from getting started in the property industry to sales and lettings. Our training platform enables you to study towards a level 3 qualification if you wish to which will prepare you for when ROPA regulations come into force. We also provide in house training with both the directors of Charles David Casson and leading industry trainers.
All our Property Partners are members of our exclusive whatsapp group. We also hold weekly Zoom meetings for Property Partners and all partners have direct access to Directors and senior staff within the business for all the help, support and coaching you need. Who are we looking for?
One of the major keys to the success of this Property Partner model is finding the right people. We are looking for ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals (or couples) who are hard working, self-motivated and have a strong desire to be successful. They must have a friendly and very outgoing personality and have excellent social and interpersonal skills. They must also be confident, willing to learn and interested in personal and professional development. A passion for property and the ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service are also essential. The ideal applicants must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, be solution focused and willing to adhere to company procedures, policies and standards. Experience in estate agency is preferred but not required as full training is provided. It is also highly desirable that Property Partners live in the area that they will cover.
