Service Charge Accounting
Provide us with your annual budget (we can help you with this as well) and we will create the service charge demands across unlimited schedules. We will collect, chase and account for service charge payments, pay suppliers, bank reconciliations and produce the end of year book keeping to be provided to your chosen accountant.

We are also able to offer a hybrid service where by you choose the tasks you wish us to do and we will bill you accordingly.
We work with a building surveying firm in Essex who is well placed to specify and supervise any major works required, and we can administer the Section 20 notices for an agreed administration fee.
Our experienced block management team, working with solicitors who can act on your behalf, can formally pursue service charge arrears when required.
We will agree a structure with you (in accordance with the lease) as to when the directors would like arrears to be referred – i.e 28 days after due date.
