Matthew Baldock LLB

Matt is the older of the Baldock Brothers and has been an Estate Agent for over 20 years. Aside from a few years at university Matt has lived in Chelmsford his whole life and has three boys who he has forced to become Spurs fans. Matt’s love for our industry comes from helping his clients get to the next chapter of their lives and he takes great pride in being involved in people’s life stories, even for just a few months.

Matt is an advocate for mental health awareness at work and has a reputation in the Estate Agency world for being a strong promoter of a ‘people before numbers’ philosophy, meaning he is often asked to appear on webinars and podcasts to speak about his views.

Neil Baldock

Neil is our resident property investment, lettings and management expert here at Charles David Casson. Neil has been an Estate and Letting Agent for around 17 years now and also spent 6 years as a Police Officer with Essex Police. Neil has a specialism in the management of Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO’s) and is a great problem solver for both our clients and our team.

Neil has a 10 year old son called Michael who keeps him busy outside of work and can often be found on the bank of a river or lake fishing or walking our office dog Woolie.

Beth Downes

Beth has 7 years experience in Personal Assistance and Office Management within the property industry, attending to the needs of multiple Directors, and managing the day to day operations of the business.

Beth takes great pride in understanding the importance of being organised, adaptable to every changing priorities and thinking on her feet. She thoroughly enjoys building relationships both personally and professionally ensuring her Directors day’s run as smoothly as possible.

In her spare time Beth enjoys spending time with family, eating good food and going to the gym.

Head of Lettings and Property Management

Jasmine Pittey

Jasmine has had just over 8 years experience within the property industry. Jasmine joined us back in September 2021 starting as a Portfolio Manager, being promoted to Senior and again to Head of Lettings and Property Management. Jasmine brings with her a bright and positive attitude. Jasmine is very hardworking, organised and energetic.

Outside of work Jasmine enjoys dog walks with her chihuahua (who also is the office dog) trips up to London with her boyfriend, friends and family. Jasmine loves go for dinner or anything food related.

Anjali Denning-Sen

Anjali has over 15 years in the property industry, she has worked for some of the top leading Estate Agents in London and has worked her way up from being a sales negotiator to running a property management department.

Anjali strives to always go above and beyond for all her clients and provide an outstanding service for the company. Anjali thrives on the ability to work in a fast-paced customer focused environment and loves being part of the property management team.

Anjali relocated from London to Colchester and has joined our team as a Senior Portfolio Manager. In her spare time Anjali loves spending quality time with her daughter and her family. She prides herself by staying active, walking her working Cocker Spaniel, and keeping fit in the gym. She loves good food and socialising!

Dawn Button

Dawn has 7 years experience within the property industry as a Property Manager and enjoys helping others and achieving goals. Throughout her career Dawn has found she has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys setting her to-do list every morning focusing on the most urgent tasks first.

Outside of work Dawn likes to socialise with friends, going on walks with her dog Mia and enjoying quality family time.
