Samantha Beeson

Samantha started in the industry 1999 working in residential sales for four years before being asked to develop a lettings department along side the sales department. She fell in love with lettings and renting properties haven’t looked back, Samantha has worked in several areas in Essex, Southend, Basildon, Billericay, and Chelmsford and have a good knowledge of those areas.

When she is not at work, She spend time with her family, has three wonderful grandchildren who she tries and spends time with on the weekends as well as enjoys nights out with friends.

Gavin Saunders

Gavin started his Estate Agency career in 1998 and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience during this time, which now enables him to provide the best possible advice for all potential house sellers and buyers.

His motivation and enjoyment of estate agency is driven by delivering a high-quality and honest service that helps people move onto their dream homes.
Outside of work he enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with family, watching football and riding his Motorbike.

Senior Portfolio Manager

Courtney Shipp

Courtney has 7 years experience in the Property Industry, working as a negotiator and property lister at her previous company to now a Property Manager who recently was promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager at Charles David Casson.

Courtney finds great satisfaction in helping her clients with problematic tenancies and advising on the best course of action as well as supporting her colleagues with any queries they may have. Courtney prides herself in being an organised individual and loves using spreadsheets to keep track of property compliance!

In her spare time Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her daughter whether that be at the park, the farm or at home together.
